Terms of delivery
Delivery of goods
1. When acting as a Seller, the User must ensure that the delivery option offered to Buyers is suitable for the product and that the product is securely packaged. The Seller is responsible for damage occurring during transport, unless the damage was caused by the transport service provider.
2. The User acknowledges that they are responsible for declaring and paying all taxes applicable to their transactions under law (including VAT and income tax), and that Glara Sport is not responsible for these obligations.
3. Users are responsible for fulfilling their sales contracts. Claims and enquiries concerning sold goods must be submitted directly to the Seller through the Platform's messaging system.
4. When entering into a sales contract, the Seller agrees to accept a return if the Buyer requests it within 48 (forty-eight) hours of receiving the goods because the goods arrived damaged or differ materially from the listing description or product images.
5. European Union consumer protection laws apply only where the Seller is a trader acting for purposes related to their business or profession and the Buyer is a consumer, meaning a natural person acting outside their business or profession.
